Old Trafford Stadium, Greater Manchester
Old Trafford, which certainly lives up to the first half of its two-word designation.
Opened back in 1910, 114 years ago, its capacity is 74,310, making it the second largest stadium in the UK after Wembley.
But its decline into crumbling ceilings which let the rain through and dated facilities means it’s in desperate need of a refresh.
The atmosphere hasn’t been as raucous as previous years for a long time, but the fans will be keen to get behind Ruud van Nistelrooy this evening.
