Sylvester Stallone is in contract to buy a newly completed $24.95 million East Hampton estate, per the New York Post. However, he won’t be moving out of his $35 million Palm Beach mansion any time soon. According to the outlet, the actor bought the roughly 11,600-square-foot New York dwelling for the three daughters, 28-year-old Sophia, 26-year-old Sistine, and 22-year-old Scarlet (the latter of whom recently walked the runway at Tommy Hilfiger’s NYFW show aboard Pete Davidson and Colin Jost’s Staten Island Ferry). The Tulsa King actor reportedly moved forward with the purchase of the contemporary home without ever setting foot on its 1.1-acre plot. Per the Post, Stallone submitted his all-cash offer after two video tours. The final sale price remains unknown since the deal hasn’t yet been finalized, but the outlet alleges that the contract price is “close to” the asking price.

When Architectural Digest toured Stallone’s Miami home back in 1997, the Rocky star revealed that he began with a true fixer upper. “There wasn’t one thing we didn’t have to fix,” he said. With this new Hamptons abode, he went the exact opposite route; the eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom manse was offered furnished and in turnkey condition. Florida–based designer James Michael Howard decked out the dwelling from top to bottom with hand-selected antiques, art, and rugs. Richly saturated tones and intricate patterns abound throughout the three-level abode—likely a draw for Stallone, who listed “warmth, boldness, pageantry” as his home decor goals during his ’97 AD tour.
